Rick Sammon "Exploring Digital Photography" Seminar June 14

Explore the techniques and technology of digital photography – from in-camera capture to Photoshop and Lightroom enhancements – with internationally-known photographer, Rick Sammon in a special seminar June 14 sponsored by the Cape Cod Art Association Camera Club and the Cape Cod art Association.

In this all-day program, Rick will share his vast knowledge of digital photography and illustrate many digital darkroom techniques with photos from his many publications and worldwide photo field trips.

Rick is the author of 27 books on photography. He has created online education and information sites, writes a an Associated Press photography column that appears in 1100 newspapers worldwide, hosts TV shows on photography, and works with the Canon Digital Learning Center on the Internet. This year alone he will publish three books: Exploring The Light, Pocket Guide To Travel Photography, and Idea To Image. He is a feature writer for PCPhoto, Outdoor Photographer and Layers Magazine. A workshop master photographer at the Palm Beach Photography Center, Maine Media Workshops and Photoshop World, Rick also gives more than a dozen photography workshops around the world each year.

The workshop will be held at Cape Cod Community College Science Building Lecture Hall A. There is plenty of free parking is available in lots 7 and 8, just down the walkway from the Science Building. Seating is limited.
